The RoleAs our Creative Lead, you’ll be the heart of our Creative Department, driving the vision and storytelling for every project. You’ll collaborate closely with our editing team and clients to deliver videos that captivate and inspire. This is a hands-on role perfect for a creative powerhouse who thrives in a startup environment.

What You’ll Do:
Develop creative concepts and scripts for diverse video projects (e.g., commercials, YouTube content, corporate videos).
Create storyboards to visualize narratives before editing begins.
Provide creative direction to ensure consistency in style, tone, and brand alignment.
Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and translate them into compelling stories.
Work with editors to guide post-production, ensuring creative vision is executed flawlessly.
Stay ahead of video trends to keep our work fresh and innovative.

What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of experience in video production, creative direction, or scriptwriting.
Strong portfolio showcasing storytelling through video (e.g., commercials, short films, social media content).
Proficiency in storyboarding tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Storyboarder, or equivalent).
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients and internal teams.
Knowledge of video editing workflows (familiarity with Adobe Premiere or DaVinci Resolve is a plus).
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced startup.
Passion for visual storytelling and a knack for thinking outside the box.
