Creative Designer

Description:

Ocean Software is seeking a talented and versatile Creative Designer to join its dynamic in-house design team based at Defence Phase 5, Karachi. This full-time, on-site position is ideal for creative professionals who are passionate about transforming concepts into visually compelling design solutions across multiple formats and platforms.

The ideal candidate will be involved in a broad range of design projects, including custom illustrations, UI/UX design, book covers, branding, and marketing visuals. The role offers flexibility in working hours, allowing candidates to choose between two shifts based on their convenience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create original and high-quality illustrations that align with project briefs

• Design intuitive and aesthetically pleasing UI/UX layouts for web and mobile applications

• Develop visually striking and thematically appropriate book covers

• Contribute to the creation of cohesive branding materials and impactful marketing visuals

• Collaborate with internal teams including developers, marketers, and content creators to translate ideas into effective designs

• Maintain consistency in visual storytelling across different media formats

Job Requirements:

• A strong and diverse portfolio showcasing expertise in multiple areas of graphic and UI/UX design

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and tools like Figma or similar design platforms

• Ability to adapt to various design styles and project demands

• Strong understanding of color theory, typography, layout principles, and modern design trends

• A creative, collaborative, and imaginative mindset with excellent communication skills

• Commitment to working in an on-site environment at the Karachi office

Shift Timings:
Candidates can choose from the following two shifts:
– 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM
– 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM
