🎓 Qualification: Graduation/Master's in Textile Designing
🧠 Experience: Minimum 6 years in the home textile industry

Key Responsibilities:
-Lead end-to-end product design and development across the home textile range
-Drive collaboration with artists, suppliers, and cross-functional teams
-Inspire and mentor design teams to deliver trend-forward, high-quality work
-Oversee project execution from concept to production
-Stay on top of emerging market trends and translate insights into creative strategies
-Manage catalogs, sourcing, and customer engagement to enhance brand visibility

Required Skills:
-Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, AutoCAD, Merchandising, and Brand Marketing
