Key Responsibilities
- Write engaging and persuasive product descriptions for furniture and home decor products.
- Create SEO-optimized website content, category pages, landing pages, and blogs.
- Develop compelling marketing copy for email campaigns, social media, advertisements, and promotional materials.
- Produce content aligned with the brand's tone of voice for the UK market.
- Research furniture trends, materials, styles, and customer preferences in the UK.
- Collaborate with the design, marketing, and e-commerce teams to develop high-converting campaigns.
- Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and grammatical excellence.
- Optimize content using SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings.
- Write content for online marketplaces, including product listings and enhanced brand content.
- Ensure all content is original, engaging, and delivered within deadlines.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in English, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of content writing experience, preferably in the UK furniture industry.
- Excellent written English and strong proofreading skills.
- Knowledge of SEO and e-commerce content writing.
- Experience with Shopify, BigCommerce, or Amazon is a plus.
