We're hiring a full-time Creative Ads Designer who can create high-quality social media creatives including realistic image ads, video ads, reels, and promotional content for multiple brands.

This role is focused on creating scroll-stopping, high-converting ad creatives for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

If you understand marketing psychology, trends, and can produce premium visuals using design + AI tools, we want you.



Key Responsibilities
• Design engaging social media ad creatives (static, carousel, and story formats)
• Create short-form video ads (Reels/TikTok style)
• Generate realistic and premium AI-based creatives (product, lifestyle, branding)
• Edit and enhance content for marketing campaigns
• Create creative concepts and ad angles for brands
• Collaborate with the marketing team to produce high-performing ads
• Maintain brand consistency across different client pages


Required Skills
• Strong design sense and creative thinking
• Experience with Photoshop / Illustrator / Canva Pro
• Video editing skills with Premiere Pro / CapCut / After Effects
• Ability to create realistic, premium visuals (not cartoon-style AI)
• Knowledge of AI tools such as Midjourney, Firefly, Leonardo, Runway ML, Pika
• Strong understanding of social media trends and ad formats


Bonus Skills (Preferred)
• Meta Ads creative strategy experience
• Copywriting for ad hooks and headlines
• Motion graphics skills (After Effects)
• Experience with eCommerce creatives
