Job Description:

▪︎Serve as the primary liaison between technology teams and group governance, risk, compliance (GRC), internal audit, and regulatory bodies (SBP).
▪︎Coordinate and track risk assessments, compliance reviews, and control validations across technology functions.
▪︎Coordinate responses to Internal Audit, ISG Reviews, and Regulatory Inspections, ensuring timely evidence submission and action plan tracking.
▪︎Manage internal and external IT audits, ensuring timely closure of observations and effective risk mitigation.
▪︎Support BCP/DR validation, ensuring documentation, testing, and stakeholder alignment.
▪︎Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technology and transformation projects.
▪︎Define project scope, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
▪︎Monitor project progress, manage risks/issues, and ensure timely communication with leadership.
▪︎Ensure alignment of all underlying projects with program objectives, business goals, and timelines.
▪︎Develop and maintain program roadmaps, milestone plans, and interdependency maps.
▪︎Facilitate communication across departments to resolve issues and share updates.
▪︎Work with the PMO to ensure program documentation is complete, auditable, and aligned with enterprise delivery standards.
