Global Pre Construction Solutions is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Cost Estimator to join our growing team.

📍 Location: Johar Town, Lahore
🕒 Shift: Onsite – Night Shift

🔵 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects
🔹 Analyze project drawings, specifications, and documents
🔹 Calculate material, labor, and equipment costs
🔹 Coordinate with project managers and engineers
🔹 Prepare bid proposals and cost reports
🔹 Maintain records of estimates and project budgets

🔵 Requirements
🔹 Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant field
🔹 Experience in construction estimation is preferred
🔹 Strong knowledge of estimation tools and MS Excel
🔹 Ability to read and analyze technical drawings
🔹 Strong analytical and communication skills
