🔹 Job Type: Full-time Onsite (Night Shift)

Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects
✔️ Analyze drawings, specifications, and project documents
✔️ Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing
✔️ Prepare BOQs and tender documents
✔️ Support the pre-construction and bidding process

Requirements:
✅ Experience in construction cost estimation
✅ Strong knowledge of materials and market rates
✅ Proficiency in estimation software & MS Office
✅ Excellent analytical and communication skills
