About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cost Estimator to join our team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing project requirements, preparing accurate cost estimates, and supporting project planning and budgeting processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed cost estimates for civil engineering and construction projects.
Analyze project drawings, specifications, and documents to determine material, labor, and time requirements.
Coordinate with engineers, architects, and procurement teams to ensure accurate and competitive pricing.
Monitor project costs and update estimates as required.
Assist in tender preparation and proposal submissions.
Maintain records of estimates and project cost data for future reference.

Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
1–3 years of relevant experience in cost estimation (fresh graduates may also apply).
Strong understanding of construction drawings and BOQs.
Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software is an advantage.
Excellent analytical, mathematical, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively during the night shift (6 PM – 2 AM).
