Fulcrum Pvt. Limited is looking for a dynamic 𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 for one of our leading clients in the fitness sector.
Location: Karachi
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭: Identify, prospect, and acquire new corporate clients (B2B) for bulk memberships, corporate wellness programs, and event partnerships.
𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭: Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with decision-makers in various organizations.
𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐲: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
𝐍𝐞𝐠𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 & 𝐂𝐥𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠: Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close contracts with corporate clients.
𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞: Keep a pulse on market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities in the corporate wellness space.
𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠: Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasts and reports to management.
𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠::
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Corporate Sales or B2B Sales (experience in Fitness, Lifestyle, or Hospitality is a plus).
