Description:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Content Writer with 2–3 years of experience in technical content writing, particularly within ERP systems, warehousing solutions, SaaS platforms, and application development.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality, original, and SEO-optimized content tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences. This role requires close collaboration with product teams, developers, and marketing professionals to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Research, write, and edit high-quality technical content related to ERP modules, supply chain and warehouse automation, SaaS platforms, and custom software development
- Create blog posts, website content, case studies, whitepapers, product manuals, and technical documentation
- Develop sales enablement materials including pitch decks and proposal content
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to understand technical concepts and translate them into clear, engaging content
- Implement SEO best practices including keyword research and on-page optimization
- Ensure all content is grammatically accurate, well-structured, and aligned with brand voice
- Maintain strict originality standards (no AI-generated or plagiarized content)
- Manage multiple content projects and meet deadlines efficiently
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
- 2–3 years of full-time experience in technical content writing (preferably in IT, ERP, or SaaS domain)
- Strong understanding of ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, SAP), warehousing/logistics workflows, and software development lifecycle
- Excellent written English with strong grammar, clarity, and tone control
- Hands-on experience with SEO writing and keyword optimization
- Proficiency in content editing tools (Grammarly, Hemingway, MS Word, Google Docs)
- Experience working with CMS platforms (WordPress, HubSpot, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
