Content & Data Operator Executive

 

Description:

We are Seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Content & Data Operator Executive they will be responsible for reviewing, verifying, and maintaining the accuracy of all academic program information in the EduApply portal. This role requires strong analytical ability, excellent communication skills, and the capability to understand university program structures, eligibility criteria, and official academic guidelines.

The executive will coordinate with universities when needed and provide clear instructions to the Data Coordinator to ensure timely and accurate updates.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

- Review all program information listed in the EduApply portal and ensure it is consistently matched with the respective university websites.

 

- Identify errors, mismatches, missing details, or outdated information and instruct the Data Coordinator to update the portal accordingly.

 

- Understand program descriptions, admission requirements, eligibility criteria, tuition fees, and other academic information across multiple universities.

 

- Communicate with university representatives when clarification is needed regarding programs, eligibility, or website information.

 

- Maintain a structured system for tracking updates, corrections, and completed tasks.

 

- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of all content published in the EduApply portal.

 

- Assist in improving content processes and data verification standards.

 

- Collaborate closely with the internal team to support workflow and ensure all deadlines are met.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications

 

- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in any discipline with strong English comprehension).

 

- Strong analytical and comprehension skills to understand academic program details.

 

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

 

- Good attention to detail with the ability to identify errors and inconsistencies.

 

- Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.

 

- Familiarity with online portals or content management systems (preferred but not mandatory).
