We are seeking a skilled Construction Estimator for a full-time, on-site role based in Islamabad/Rawalpindi. As a Construction Estimator, your responsibilities will include preparing accurate project estimates, performing quantity take-offs, managing costs, evaluating budgets, and collaborating with project teams to ensure financial efficiency. The role requires precise attention to detail and the ability to effectively communicate with key stakeholders to align project goals and objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Construction Estimating and Quantity Take-offs
• Strong skills in Cost Management and Budgeting practices
• Exceptional Communication skills for stakeholder collaboration
• Analytical thinking with attention to detail
• Knowledge of current construction standards and best practices
• Proficiency in relevant software tools for estimation, such as AutoCAD or similar
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in a construction estimating role is an advantage
