The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in international sales or cold calling, and the confidence to pitch services and generate leads in a high-paced, target-oriented environment. Fluency in English is mandatory, and the role operates during evening to night hours, making it suitable for professionals comfortable with US/UK business hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform cold calling to international leads and pitch company services persuasively.

• Engage confidently and professionally with potential clients across global markets.

• Qualify leads and schedule appointments or demos for the business development team.

• Maintain a detailed record of calls and follow-ups in the CRM system.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.

• Collaborate with the sales team to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in international sales or outbound calling.

• Fluent English communication skills are essential (verbal and written).

• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

• Ability to handle rejection professionally and persistently follow up.

• Comfortable with working in evening/night shift (6:00 PM to 2:00 AM).

• Must be located in or willing to commute to Phase 7 Extension, Karachi.
