Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to healthcare professionals, clinics, and service providers in the United States.

• Professionally introduce company services and maintain compliance with U.S. healthcare communication standards.

• Qualify leads and schedule appointments or product demonstrations for the U.S. sales team.

• Maintain accurate call logs, lead notes, and follow-ups in the CRM system.

• Meet and exceed daily and weekly performance targets for call volume, lead quality, and conversions.

• Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to improve scripts, outreach methods, and conversion rates.

Requirements

• Prior experience in U.S. healthcare cold calling, lead generation, or medical billing sales is strongly preferred.

• Excellent English communication skills with a clear and neutral or U.S.-friendly accent.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.

• Proven ability to handle objections and maintain professionalism under pressure.

• Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.

• Reliable, punctual, and committed to working full-time on-site in Lake City, Lahore.

• Willingness to work U.S. business hours (evening or night shift).
