• Communicate with clients through calls, emails, and online channels
• Handle client queries and provide timely solutions
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Follow up with clients and ensure timely responses
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client concerns
• Maintain accurate client records and follow-up details

• 1+ year of relevant experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Confident and customer-focused personality
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Good English communication skills are required
