4P Wisdom is looking for a professional and client-focused Client Relation Manager to join our growing team. If you have experience working with US-based clients, excel at communication, and know how to understand client needs while ensuring complete satisfaction, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with US-based clients
✅ Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
✅ Understand client goals and communicate their requirements to internal teams
✅ Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet client expectations
✅ Handle client inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide ongoing support
✅ Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships
✅ Prepare reports, updates, and account performance summaries

What We're Looking For

✔️ 2–3 years of experience in Client Relationship Management, Account Management, Client Services, Customer Success, or a similar role
✔️ Proven experience dealing with US-based clients
✔️ Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
✔️ Strong problem-solving and relationship management abilities
✔️ Professional attitude with a customer-first mindset
✔️ Ability to manage multiple client accounts efficiently
✔️ Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
