Civil Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee construction projects, ensuring quality and efficiency- preferably Precast concrete experience
• Supervise on-site activities, including installation, assembly, and finishing of precast structures.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and labor teams for smooth execution.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and project timelines.
• Monitor material usage, cost control, and adherence to architectural and structural designs.
• Report project progress and challenges to senior management.
• Not necessary but some understanding of Chinese language would be helpful

Ideal Candidate:

✅ Strong technical knowledge of precast construction techniques

✅ Experience in site supervision and labor management

✅ Ability to interpret drawings, blueprints, and specifications

✅ Proactive problem solver with excellent communication skills

✅ Comfortable with on-site work and field inspections
