Chief Operating Officer

 

Description:

The COO will be responsible for the overall operational efficiency, profitability, and growth of our skincare franchise, salon, and café businesses. This role requires a visionary leader with strong business acumen, operational expertise, and the ability to drive performance across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will have experience in hospitality, retail, or franchise management, with a passion for excellence in customer service and team leadership.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Strategic Leadership & Business Growth:

- Develop and execute operational strategies to drive revenue, profitability, and brand expansion.

- Identify opportunities for business optimization, cost reduction, and process improvement.

- Oversee franchise development, including new location rollouts, training, and compliance.

 

Operations Management:

- Ensure seamless day-to-day operations across all business units (skincare franchise, salon, café).

- Implement standardized operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain consistency and quality.

- Monitor financial performance, KPIs, and operational metrics to ensure targets are met.

- Manage vendor relationships, inventory, and supply chain efficiency.

 

Customer & Brand Experience:

- Uphold and elevate brand standards to ensure exceptional customer experiences.

- Address customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance satisfaction.

- Collaborate with marketing teams to align operations with branding and promotional efforts.

 

Team Leadership & Development:

- Lead, mentor, and inspire managers and staff across all business units.

- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and high performance.

- Oversee recruitment, training, and retention strategies to build a strong workforce.

 

Financial & Compliance Oversight:

- Work closely with the finance team to manage budgets, forecasts, and P&L accountability.

- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, health & safety standards, and franchise agreements.

 

Qualifications & Experience:

- 10+ years of senior leadership experience in multi-unit operations (preferably in skincare, beauty, hospitality, or retail).

- Proven track record of scaling businesses, improving profitability, and managing franchises.

- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.

- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field (MBA preferred).
