Brand Grid is hiring Calling Agents for a dynamic UAE-based financial services campaign. We are seeking motivated individuals who possess excellent communication skills and a passion for customer interaction. As a Calling Agent, you will be responsible for engaging with clients over the phone, handling inquiries, providing financial service information, and ensuring client satisfaction in every interaction. The role demands a professional demeanor, good spoken English/Urdu, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls for a UAE-based financial campaign

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information

• Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions

• Achieve daily and weekly performance targets

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly

• Communicate campaign features clearly and persuasively

Job Timings & Schedule:

• Shift: Morning shift (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM)

• Break: 1-hour lunch break

• Work Days: 6 days a week

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills

• Basic understanding of customer support or sales (preferred)

• Confidence in handling inbound/outbound calls

• Good problem-solving skills and positive attitude

• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
