Brand Grid is hiring Calling Agents for a dynamic UAE-based financial services campaign. We are seeking motivated individuals who possess excellent communication skills and a passion for customer interaction. As a Calling Agent, you will be responsible for engaging with clients over the phone, handling inquiries, providing financial service information, and ensuring client satisfaction in every interaction. The role demands a professional demeanor, good spoken English/Urdu, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced work environment.
Make outbound calls for a UAE-based financial campaign
Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information
Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
Achieve daily and weekly performance targets
Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly
Communicate campaign features clearly and persuasively
Shift: Morning shift (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM)
Break: 1-hour lunch break
Work Days: 6 days a week
Excellent communication skills
Basic understanding of customer support or sales (preferred)
Confidence in handling inbound/outbound calls
Good problem-solving skills and positive attitude
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
