Call Center Representative

Description:

We are hiring Lead Generation Executives who can confidently engage with U.S.-based customers via cold calling. Your primary job is to generate leads and convince potential clients about our services — no hard selling, just smart conversations and rapport-building.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential U.S. clients
• Introduce our services in a clear, confident manner
• Generate leads and gather interest for follow-up
• Convince customers with a positive, professional approach
• Maintain accurate call records and follow-up notes

Requirements:

• Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken)
• Confident, persuasive, and good at conversations
• Willing to work USA night shift (7 PM - 4 AM) (Mon - Fri)
• Previous experience in cold calling or lead generation is a plus
• Must be based in or near Johar Town, Lahore
