Cad Engineer Intern

Description:

We're looking for a CAD Engineer Intern to join our team and work on real engineering and automation problems. You'll help us understand and document how CAD/DWG designs and bending processes work, so this knowledge can be used to build smarter software tools. This is a great opportunity to learn technical programming and see how engineering knowledge turns into real software.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work with CAD/DWG/DXF files — understand geometry, layers, and design details
• Study and document bending rules used in metal/aluminum fabrication (bend allowance, bend deduction, K-factor, springback)
• Check and validate CAD-related outputs for accuracy
• Support the team in translating engineering knowledge into simple, structured rules
• Learn basic coding concepts and assist the development team when needed

MUST HAVE QUALIFICATION:

• Degree or final-year student in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Mechatronics, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Good understanding of CAD basics (AutoCAD or similar)
• Willingness to learn sheet-metal/bending concepts
• Strong attention to detail
• Eager to learn and work in a technical, hands-on environment
