Softix Solution is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced *Buying Executive* to join our growing team.

🔹 Position: Buying Executive
🔹 Location: Gulistan e Johar Karachi
🔹 Type: Full-Time

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

* Purchase event tickets through primary ticketing platforms (e.g., Ticketmaster, AXS, Etix, DiceFM, eVenue, ShowClix, SeatEngine)
* Manage ticket order verification and fulfillment for resale marketplaces (e.g., StubHub, Vivid Seats, Gametime, Ticket Evolution, GoTickets)
* Transfer tickets via platform systems and upload barcodes for order completion
* Resolve order-related issues including mapping errors, delayed delivery, and ticket mismatches
* Work within a multi-level operations workflow (purchasing, quality check, account handling)
* Coordinate ticket delivery to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment

🔹 Requirements:

* Experience in ticket purchasing / buying operations
* Familiarity with ticketing and resale platforms
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Ability to manage multiple orders under deadlines
* Good communication and coordination skills
