HRPSP is seeking an experienced and commercially minded Business Support Manager – Enterprise Business for opportunities across Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, and Faisalabad.

This is a high-visibility role for a professional who can bring structure, follow-through, and analytical discipline to enterprise business performance across multiple regions.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
✅ Track daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly business performance against targets and KPIs
✅ Consolidate regional performance, issues, opportunities, and action items for management review
✅ Coordinate business planning and execution across multiple regions
✅ Maintain dashboards, management reports, and performance trackers
✅ Monitor organic growth, new accounts, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities
✅ Maintain centralized visibility of key accounts, deployments, commitments, and follow-ups
✅ Coordinate with Regional Managers on priorities, deadlines, and business execution
✅ Track critical business and customer issues through to resolution
✅ Support leadership meetings, business reviews, action trackers, and governance calendars
✅ Prepare management presentations and support strategic projects and transformation initiatives

What We’re Looking For
🔹 5–8+ years of experience in Business Management, Sales Operations, Strategy, PMO, Commercial Operations, or Performance Management
🔹 Strong analytical, planning, and project management capabilities
🔹 Excellent command of Excel and PowerPoint
🔹 Experience with dashboards and reporting tools will be preferred
🔹 Strong follow-up, organization, and execution discipline
🔹 Ability to work effectively with senior leadership and multiple regional teams
🔹 Strong commercial acumen with excellent attention to detail
