Business Operations Executive

Description:

Symmetry Group is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Operations Executive to join our Mobility team. You'll support the delivery of cutting-edge communication solutions like SMS, WhatsApp, and IVR, working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless service execution.

What You’ll Do:

• Coordinate daily operations for mobility services

• Communicate with clients on requirements and issue resolution

• Collaborate with internal teams for campaign setup and reporting

• Assist in documentation, timelines, and project deliverables

• Identify business growth opportunities

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelors in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field

• Fresh Grad / 1-2 years of relevant experience (telecom/IT preferred)

• Strong communication & multitasking skills

• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRMs or ticketing tools

• A basic understanding of telecom platforms is a plus
