Key Responsibilities:
🔸 Lead and oversee overall business operations with a strategic focus.
🔸 Monitor and drive sales performance, ensuring targets are achieved.
🔸 Supervise and streamline recoveries and collections to maintain cash flow.
🔸 Coordinate closely with the Finance Department for budgeting and financial controls.
🔸 Manage administrative affairs and ensure smooth daily operations.
🔸 Oversee and evaluate employee performance across departments.
🔸 Collaborate with the CEO on business planning and growth strategies.
🔸 Serve as a key link between all departments to ensure alignment and efficiency.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
✔ Proven experience in operations, ideally within the cosmetics, FMCG, or manufacturing industry.
✔ Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
✔ Proficient in handling sales, recoveries, finance coordination, and staff supervision.
