Better Recruitment is hiring on behalf of a prestigious client for the position of Business Manager – Chemicals Trading. We're looking for a highly experienced, results-driven professional to lead end-to-end trading operations within the Pakistani petrochemical market.

Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Lead and execute the overall trading strategy for petrochemicals in Pakistan
🔹 Manage the entire trading cycle: market analysis, sourcing, procurement, logistics, and sales
🔹 Take full P&L ownership of the petrochemical trading division
🔹 Build relationships with both local and international suppliers and clients
🔹 Monitor market trends and ensure competitive sourcing and pricing
🔹 Oversee credit, market, and operational risk in all transactions
🔹 Drive sales growth by expanding into new markets and customer segments
🔹 Recruit and mentor a high-performing team

Requirements:
✅ Experience: 8–10+ years in Chemicals Trading in Pakistan (mandatory)
✅ Proven track record in managing trading cycles and P&L
✅ Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business, Chemical Engineering, Supply Chain, or a relevant field
✅ Strong network within the petrochemical industry
✅ Excellent negotiation, analytical, leadership, and communication skills
