Business Development Officer

Description:

A growing company is seeking a proactive and driven Business Development Officer for its upcoming office in Lahore. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity ideal for someone with experience in sales, business growth, and digital promotion. The selected candidate will play a critical role in establishing the company's footprint in Lahore, developing a client base, promoting its portfolio (which includes Iron, Steel, Hardware, and Engineering Services), and managing the organization's social media presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach new business opportunities and potential clients in Lahore.

• Establish and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients.

• Effectively promote and present company products and engineering services.

• Serve as the communication bridge with the head office located in Karachi.

• Take ownership of the company’s social media presence including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

• Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content aimed at lead generation and brand visibility.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business Administration or Marketing).

• 1 to 3 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or digital marketing.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal abilities.

• Prior experience managing social media platforms will be considered a plus.
