🕒 Shift Timings:
3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
9:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Key Responsibilities:
Bid on Upwork and other freelance platforms to acquire new projects.
Identify and pursue international business opportunities.
Maintain strong communication and relationships with clients.
Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements:
1+ year of proven Upwork bidding experience (Freshers with excellent English may apply).
Strong written & verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
Self-motivated and results-oriented.
