🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Identify and secure new clients for HR consultancy services (Recruitment, Executive Search, HR Outsourcing, OD, Training)
Understand client requirements and propose custom HR solutions
Build and nurture long-term client relationships
Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals that drive impact
Work closely with internal consulting teams to ensure successful service delivery
Maintain a robust sales pipeline through networking, follow-ups, and digital outreach
Assist marketing by creating or contributing to promotional materials (brochures, social content, presentations)
✅ Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client services
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Familiarity with design tools (Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop)
Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently
Experience in LinkedIn prospecting is a plus
