2- Minimum 6 months of experience in Upwork sales, bidding, or business development.

3- Proven understanding of the Upwork bidding process and proposal writing.

4- Good written and verbal English communication skills.

5- Good negotiation and client-handling skills.

6- Strong understanding of the IT industry and digital services.

7- Ability to manage multiple proposals and opportunities simultaneously.

8- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
