Business Analyst

Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Analyst based in Karāchi. The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering business requirements, and performing detailed business analysis. Day-to-day tasks include working closely with stakeholders to understand and document their needs, identifying areas for improvement, and developing solutions to enhance business operations. Additionally, the analyst will facilitate effective communication between business units and technical teams to ensure successful project execution.

Monday to Friday 11am to 8pm

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Business Analysis and Business Process management
• Strong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret data
• Excellent Communication skills for effective stakeholder interaction
• Experience in gathering and documenting Business Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Previous experience in fintech or salary processing industries is a plus
