Branding & Motion Artist

Description:

We are seeking a highly creative and adaptable Branding & Motion Artist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the following:

Key Responsibilities

Brand Identity & Collateral: Develop and maintain strong visual identities across digital and print platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.

• Design logos, marketing materials, pitch decks, and event assets with creativity and consistency.

Motion Graphics & Video Production: Create engaging motion graphics, animations, and video assets for campaigns, social media, and presentations.

• Edit and enhance video content, incorporating typography, transitions, and sound design.

Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and communications teams to translate concepts into compelling static and motion visuals.

Creative Consistency: Ensure all creative output reflects brand voice, maintains visual coherence, and resonates with target audiences.

Innovation & Trends: Stay updated with design, animation, and motion trends to bring fresh, innovative ideas to the brand.

Project Management & Delivery: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality outputs on time.

• Prepare assets optimized for multi-platform use (web, social, print, events).

Ideation & Campaign Support: Contribute to brainstorming sessions and campaign ideation with both design and motion solutions.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
• Proven experience 2-3 years as a graphic designer or similar role, preferably in branding and marketing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design software.
• Strong understanding of branding principles and guidelines, with the ability to adapt them creatively.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and design.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Quick learner with a passion for innovation and creativity.
