OneSkin is a Pakistani skincare brand by CozCom, built on honest formulations and real results for local skin. We're growing fast and looking for someone who can build meaningful collaborations, develop strong partnerships, and create opportunities that help grow the OneSkin brand.

What you'll do:

- Identify, pitch, and close collaborations with influencers, creators, brands, and platforms that fit OneSkin's values.
- Manage creator partnerships end to end: outreach, briefs, negotiation, timelines, and deliverables.
- Build co-branded campaigns and cross-promotions with lifestyle, wellness, and retail partners.
- Explore partnerships with events, universities, corporates, and communities.
- Track partnership performance and report on results.
- Keep a strong pipeline of new opportunities and long-term partner relationships.

What we're looking for:

- At least 1 year of experience in brand partnerships, influencer marketing, PR, or business development.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Passion for partnerships, collaborations, and the beauty and skincare space.
- Creative, proactive, and commercially minded.
- An existing network in Pakistan's creator, beauty, or lifestyle space is a strong plus.
