Liberty Power Tech is 200MW IPP having round the clock supervision/operation, 24x7. Boiler Engineer is responsible for smooth operation of steam turbine, waste heat recovery boilers and reverse osmosis plants. Also, they BEs reports and assist operation manager in daily tasks related to the steam system.

Your role and responsibilities:

As a Boiler Engineer, your daily duties include but are not limited to:
 

• Operation & Maintenance Planning/Resource Planning & scheduling related to steam system.
• Provides/comments/feed back to maintenance.
• Responsible for the implementation of scheduled preventive maintenance / annual inspection activities of all exhaust gas boilers, steam turbine and its auxiliary equipment.
• Inspect the maintenance work of his subordinates, ensures that these are completed as scheduled and conforms to established quality standards of work.
• Responsible for the accurate and updated documentation of steam system activities.
• Responsible for up gradation of skill and knowledge of associates (steam system and auxiliary equipment hands on training).
• Inspect regularly conditions and availability of equipment's and tools needed for the dispatch of maintenance work.
• Take active part in trouble shooting and maintenance jobs.
• Follow all safety regulations.
• Maintain all parameters of steam system including HRSGs, Steam Turbine and related auxiliary.
• Report to Shift Engineer for any abnormalities in steam system.
• Assist Lab Chemist in implementation of Boiler and Steam system quality controls.
• Carry out any other job assigned to him.

Qualification & experience requirement:

Diploma/ BE in Mechanical

Minimum 5 Yrs Of Experience.
