Description:
Switzel International is hiring a Senior BIM Modeler / BIM Coordinator to support BIM production and coordination for local and international projects. The role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage coordination tasks across disciplines.
Responsibilities:
- Develop advanced BIM models for Architecture, Structure, or MEP using Revit.
- Lead discipline-level coordination and support multidisciplinary model integration.
- Review models, drawings, and schedules for accuracy and compliance with project standards.
- Manage clash detection workflows using Navisworks and track issue resolutions.
- Work closely with BIM Managers and engineers to support design and technical deliverables.
- Assist in preparing BEPs, model audits, and QC documentation when required.
- Guide and support junior modelers on best practices and project workflows.
Requirements:
- Diploma or bachelor’s in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
- 5–8 years of BIM experience, including coordination tasks.
- Strong proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and BIM-related tools.
- Solid understanding of BIM standards, LOD requirements, and project workflows.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Middle East projects is an advantage.
