Description:
JS Engineering Systems is looking for bench recruiter, a bench recruiter is responsible for proactively identifying and securing client opportunities for internal consultants who are currently unassigned. This includes marketing available resources, managing relationships with staffing partners or direct clients, and tracking consultant availability and interests.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all consultants on the bench (skills, experience, location preference, visa status, etc.)Submit available consultants to open roles through job portals, VMS platforms, or direct client channelsBuild relationships with staffing agencies, vendors, and direct clients to understand their project needsCustomize consultant resumes and prep them for interviewsCoordinate interview scheduling and follow-upsWork closely with sales or account managers to align on opportunitiesTrack metrics like submittals, interviews, and placements
Requirements:
5+ year's experience in IT recruiting, bench sales, or staffingFamiliarity with Dice, LinkedIn, Indeed, or similar platformsStrong communication and persuasion skillsUnderstanding of various IT roles to understand the differenceAbility to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
