📋 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗜𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

✔️ Identify, research, and contact potential clients and business opportunities

✔️ Generate leads through prospecting, outreach, and market research

✔️ Build and nurture relationships with healthcare providers and practice managers

✔️ Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor offerings

✔️ Prepare and deliver tailored presentations to showcase OctaMD’s services

✔️ Maintain and manage a pipeline of prospects and business opportunities

✔️ Assist in preparing proposals and coordinating with internal teams to align services with client requirements

✔️ Track performance metrics and contribute to business growth initiatives

🎓 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 & 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:

✔️ 06 months to 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a related field

✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred

✔️ Strong presentation skills with the ability to create and deliver impactful presentations

✔️ Proven lead generation skills, including prospecting, outreach, and pipeline management

✔️ Strong market research and analytical skills to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitors

✔️ Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal

✔️ Prior experience in healthcare, medical billing, or client relationship management is an advantage

✔️ Proficiency in CRM tools and basic MS Office applications

✔️ Ability to work onsite, manage multiple priorities, and meet targets in a fast-paced environment
