TechCuber, a growing company focused on agricultural and FMCG product sales, is inviting enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join as B2B Sales & Lead Generation Interns. This role is based onsite at Gulshan-e-Iqbal Block 6, Karachi, with working hours from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM. The company thoughtfully offers drop-off transport service for female employees from certain areas to ensure a safe commute.

It provides hands-on exposure to vital sales activities such as generating leads using cutting-edge tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, engaging and communicating effectively with prospective corporate clients, and supporting the entire sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure.
The successful intern will actively identify potential clients for TechCuber’s products, initiate and nurture communications, arrange meetings, and assist senior sales staff in following up on leads and closing sales. Moreover, you will conduct market research to analyze trends and uncover new business opportunities, helping TechCuber stay competitive in fast-changing markets. You will also be responsible for managing the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system meticulously, ensuring all client interactions and sales activities are accurately logged and tracked for future strategy development.
Ideal candidates will be pursuing or have completed a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Urdu are essential to engage effectively with clients. Familiarity with LinkedIn, MS Office applications, and CRM software is preferred but not mandatory for motivated candidates willing to learn.
