Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should be resourceful, proactive, and an excellent communicator. Prior experience with CRM software is essential, along with strong skills in lead generation, research, data entry, and client communication. Familiarity with WordPress, automation tools, and Google research tools is a plus.

Requirements:

Proven experience working with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce)

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal

Demonstrated experience in lead generation, data entry, and online research

Basic understanding of WordPress

Familiarity with automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make, etc.)

Proficiency with Google research tools and search techniques

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
