Atr Captains & First Officers

Description:

Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) is inviting applications for ATR Pilots (Captains & First Officers). We are looking for aviators passionate about flying, possessing valid CPL/ATPL with IR from the Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority (PCAA). Successful candidates will undergo a competitive selection process, including a computer-based test, aptitude evaluation, medical assessments, and flight checks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate ATR-42/72 aircraft safely and efficiently.

• Adhere to aviation regulations, safety protocols, and flight operations procedures.

• Ensure compliance with PCAA and airline operational standards.

• Work collaboratively with the flight crew, ATC, and ground staff to ensure seamless flight operations.

• Conduct pre-flight and post-flight checks, ensuring all flight systems are operational.

Requirements:

✔ Education: Minimum Intermediate (2nd Division) or equivalent.
✔ Professional Qualification: Valid CPL/ATPL with IR from the Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority.
✔ Flying Experience:

• Captain: Minimum 1500 flying hours.

• First Officer: Minimum 500 flying hours.
  ✔ Preference for candidates with P1/P2 experience on multiengine or jet aircraft.
  ✔ Age Limit:

• Captains: Up to 50 years.

• First Officers: Up to 40 years.
  ✔ Medical: Valid Class-1 medical certification from Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority.

Selection Process:

1. Computer-Based Test (CBT): Conducted by an independent testing agency, with results displayed immediately.

2. Preliminary Interview & Flying Aptitude Test for candidates scoring 70% or above.

3. Psychiatric/Medical Evaluation by a Medical Board.

4. Flight Check (Expenses borne by selected candidates).

5. Final Interview for successful candidates.

6. Final Selection & Notification for successful candidates.

Salary Package & Contract Terms:

• Attractive salary with ATR-42/72 Type Rating.

• Two-year contract, extendable based on performance & company requirements.

• Candidates must submit a Bank Guarantee of PKR 5,000,000/- (refundable after two years on a pro-rata basis).

• Training Bond: USD 15,000 on a prorated basis for two years.
