Associate Ui/ux Developer

Description:

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Associate UI UX Designer who is eager to create impactful digital experiences. This role is ideal for a recent university graduate with strong project exposure or a designer with up to 1 year of industry experience and a solid portfolio of case studies.

We also encourage candidates who have solved real industry-level problems, even if they don’t have formal project case studies.

Requirements:

● Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Design & Communication, Media Science, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field.

● Either:

○ A recent graduate with at least 3 strong UI/UX case studies, OR

○ Up to 1 year of hands-on experience with 3 to 5 well-documented case studies.

● Proficiency in Figma, FigJam, Miro, and the Adobe Creative Suite.

● Basic understanding of user-centered design principles and interface best practices.

● Exposure to Design Thinking methodologies.

● Must have good communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Nice to Know or Willing to Explore:

● Understanding of user research methods (e.g., interviews, usability testing, journey mapping).

● Experience working with or contributing to design systems.

● Interest in learning or using tools like Jitter (for motion design) and Spline (for 3D design objects).
