We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Associate Manager – Marketing with an MBA in Marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing strategies that strengthen our brand presence and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote products and services.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
• Collaborate with sales, digital, and creative teams to design impactful marketing initiatives.
• Manage brand positioning, promotional activities, and customer engagement programs.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance to ensure ROI and continuous improvement.
• Assist in budget planning, forecasting, and reporting for marketing activities.
• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and media partners.

Qualifications & Skills:

• MBA in Marketing (mandatory).
• 2–4 years of proven experience in marketing, preferably in the Food Industry.
• Strong knowledge of branding, digital marketing, and customer insights.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data.
