Associate Engineer

Description:

The QMS & Internal Audit Associate Engineer will support the development, implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of Haier’s management systems.

The position combines Quality Management System documentation with practical internal auditing. The selected candidate will be expected to ensure that documented procedures are not only maintained correctly but are also being followed in actual shop-floor operations.

The role also involves identifying gaps, assessing risks, managing corrective actions, and maintaining evidence required for external certification and surveillance audits.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and Maintain the Internal Audit Framework

The selected candidate will develop and update the company’s Internal Audit Plan, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Quality Policy, and Quality Objectives in line with ISO 9001:2015 requirements.

This requires a good understanding of how ISO requirements are translated into practical organizational policies, procedures, controls, and measurable quality objectives.

QMS Document Control

An important part of the position is maintaining effective control over Quality Management System documentation.
