Associate Automation Engineer

 

Description:

We’re looking for fresh graduates who have already gotten their hands dirty with automation tools and AI — and those hungry to go deep. This is a ground-floor opportunity to build real systems, not just learn about them.

You’ll work on automating business workflows, integrating AI into client pipelines, and connecting tools and APIs to solve real problems. We’ll teach you what you don’t know — but you need to show up curious and ready to figure things out.

 

What You’ll Do

 

• Build and maintain automated workflows using no-code/low-code tools

• Integrate AI APIs and third-party services into client systems

• Work with CRMs, databases, and communication platforms

• Troubleshoot broken automations and improve existing pipelines

• Document your work clearly so the team can maintain and scale it

• Collaborate async-first with a small, focused team

Technical Requirements:

 

• Some hands-on experience with at least one automation or no-code/low-code tool — even from a personal project or coursework

• Basic understanding of APIs: what they are, how requests work, what JSON looks like

• Comfortable reading documentation independently before asking for help

• Exposure to Python or JavaScript is a plus, not a must

• Familiarity with tools like Airtable, Notion, Zapier, or similar shows us you think in systems
