We're looking for an Assistant Team Lead – Video Operations to support our editing team by managing production operations, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring daily targets are consistently achieved.

What You'll Do
🎯 Oversee daily editing workflows and production pipelines.
📊 Monitor team performance, productivity, and output.
🛠 Identify recurring operational issues and improve SOPs for better efficiency.
✅ Conduct quality checks to ensure consistent deliverables.
👥 Coach, mentor, and support editors while maintaining team discipline.
🤝 Assist with onboarding, training, and step in for the Team Lead when required.

What We're Looking For
✔ 2+ years of experience in a Team Lead, Supervisor, Senior Editor, or Operations role within a creative or video production environment.
✔ Strong problem-solving and workflow management skills.
✔ Experience tracking KPIs and improving team performance.
✔ Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Google Sheets, and Google Docs.
✔ Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
