Assistant Restaurant Manager

Eggspectation, a premium international restaurant brand known for delivering an exceptional dining experience, is looking to hire a dynamic and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager (ARM) to join its Islamabad team.

As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of customer service, team performance, and operational excellence. This leadership role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication, team management, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring a consistent, high-quality guest experience

• Supervise and motivate the front-of-house and back-of-house teams, including scheduling and shift planning

• Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety standards at all times

• Handle guest feedback professionally and implement service improvements when required

• Monitor inventory, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure availability of key supplies

• Train, mentor, and develop team members to achieve service excellence

• Manage POS systems, cash handling procedures, and reporting duties

• Support in driving sales and implementing promotional activities

• Uphold the restaurant’s reputation by maintaining a clean, friendly, and welcoming environment

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in a similar role within the hospitality or restaurant industry

• Proven leadership and team management capabilities

• Excellent customer service skills and a passion for food and hospitality

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail

• Working knowledge of restaurant software systems is a plus
