Key Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing baseline project schedules within 10 working days of contract signing (100% compliance).

Ensure weekly look-ahead schedules reflect actual site execution (≥90% accuracy).

Monitor and control schedule variance (≤±10%) and support recovery schedules for delayed projects.

Align project timelines with procurement and resource plans (100% integration).

Support Earned Value Management (EVM), maintaining SPI & CPI ≥ 0.95 monthly.

Conduct contract compliance reviews, variation documentation, and risk analysis.

Participate in weekly progress meetings, monthly milestone reviews, and 4+ site visits per month.

Assist in cost control (≤±5% budget deviation) and ensure timely invoice submissions and recoveries.

Contribute to team training sessions and SOP compliance audits.


Requirements:

B.E. in Electrical Engineering
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in planning/scheduling, ideally in electrical or EPC projects
Proficiency in MS Project or Primavera
Understanding of EVM and contract management
Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills
