We’re Hiring | Assistant Manager- Facilities (Architect)

ChildLife Foundation is looking for an experienced Architect to support the planning, design, and execution of safe, functional, and patient-centered healthcare facilities.

Location: Karachi

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead architectural planning, design, renovation, and improvement projects.
• Develop drawings, layouts, space plans, and 3D visualizations.
• Coordinate with Engineering, HVAC, Biomedical, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare/review BOQs, cost estimates, and material specifications.
• Conduct site visits and provide technical guidance during execution.
• Ensure designs meet healthcare, safety, and operational standards.

What We’re Looking For:
• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Architecture from an HEC-recognized institution
• 4+ years of relevant experience, preferably in healthcare or institutional projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit & Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong project coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of healthcare standards and patient-centered design
