ACT Polyols Private Limited is looking for a dynamic and results-driven finance professional to join our team in Karachi. This role is ideal for individuals with strong expertise in banking operations, financial reporting, and compliance, ready to contribute to a growing, process-driven organization in the food & beverage manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage loan disbursements, settlements, and aging reports
-Liaise with banks for credit facilities, NOCs, and loan rollovers
- Monitor working capital and ensure timely repayments
- Handle EFS, FE-25, and import/export-related financing
- Approve sales invoices and support month-end closings
- Oversee insurance renewals, claims, and marine transit coverages
- Ensure compliance with SECP (Forms A, 10, 16, 29)
- Coordinate with auditors for statutory audits and stock counts
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
- Support ERP transitions and digital banking integrations

What We’re Looking For:
- CA Finalist, CMA Qualified, ACCA Qualified, or a Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in finance, banking, or corporate reporting
- Strong understanding of SECP regulations and financial instruments
- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel
- Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills
